DRINKHALL REACHES HARMONY CHINA OPEN LAST 64 25 August 2011 Paul Drinkhall proceeded to the main draw of the Harmony China Open Tournament following a 2nd place finish in the group stages. Only defeat to the higher ranked Robert Gardos cost Paul 1st place. In the main he will now play Gao Ning (SIN) in the last 64. The match will take place at 12.30 local time (5.30am GMT) tomorrow, 26th August. In the under 21s Paul came top of his group and was due to play Jung Young Sik (KOR), however his opponent had to pull out with an injury. With a walkover to the next round, Paul progressed to the last 8 where he will now face Kim Min Seok (KOR) tomorrow at 15.15 local time (8.15am GMT). |
