Theres been interest from Belgium and Spain, among others, who want Paul Drinkhall to be in their team next year.

One positive about a possible move to Belgium is that he could play in the British League, however he is thinking about his options before making any decisions.

Paul requires excellent training and it would be best all round for him acquire a move to a club that competes at the top and has excellent training facilities. These factors are important for him so that he can improve.

Paul played at the Wolverhampton Grand Prix at the weekend where he claimed a place in the semi-finals, losing to the eventual winner, Gavin Rumgay.

The latest world rankings have revealed that Paul is 96 on the mens list.

Paul has received a massive boost with the news that he is still part of the England squad. The announcment was made yesterday and although the ful facts are not yet clear it is thought that Paul is one of three boys involved. Check back here to find full details.

On Friday 21st May Paul and the England mens team that are set to go to The World Team Championships are to be be on CBBC Sportsround at 6.30pm. They will also be on at 7.25am on BBC2 on Saturday 22nd.
